Genting/KL trip on 5th to 8th December 2005

hee...started planning sometime during mid semester and endured through the exams with the motivation of going play to our heart's delight in malaysia. and finally, it's 5th december haha...

10 girls:
me, sharon, mitchell, peck yean, xinning, jo, diana, huiwen, yulei and sarah.

on the bus, on our way to genting highlands. hee...look at all the happy faces. and that's diana, jo and peck yean poring over the map, planning our route for the next few days.

wooh...genting theme park! it was very cold there and the fog was so thick, we practically couldn't see what's in front of us. perfect weather! haha...

playing at the theme park. oh wow, the spaceshot was horrible...so terrifying! the fog was so thick that we practically couldn't see anything when we were at the top. it was a sea of white fog when we looked down...scary...but the fog cleared after a while and we happily played the rest of the rides.

cablecar ride down from genting...haha it's not scary at all, but we acted as though we were very scared to scare the other passengers in the other cable cars...you should have heard us scream like mad people. heehee...anyway, i don't think we managed to scare anyone at all...

KL lrt...not bad, quite fast but very crowded, especially after office hours.

petronas twin towers...cool, it's so pretty up close and the structure is majestic. and that 3D jigsaw in the show was so cool too...i would have bought it home if i have place to put it at home. well, too bad we went too late and couldn't manage to get tickets to go up the tower. i can just imagine the view up there.

well...mitchell's birthday was a few days ago and we thought we could celebrate for her. hee...here's getting ready for the party and peck yean trying to stop her from coming out of the bathroom by pulling and blocking and declaring that everyone else in the room is changing clothes...hahaha...

the party...quite nice hor, the cakes haha...all different flavours from secret recipe. we had a great time eating and stuffing ourselves with the cakes. but, we ended up so full that we couldn't finish all...sinful...

some stuff i bought...look at the A&W bears! so cute and you definitely can't buy them in singapore haha...and the mango dou sha bing that peck yean gave me, so nice of her! and durian chocolates that peck yean said were the nicest chocolates she had ever eaten. well, i haven't tried them so i don't know if she's exaggerating...will tell you later...

waiting for the bus which ended up 2 hours late. so we started playing uno. surprisingly, such a simple game kept us entertained for the whole 2 hours. haha...

back in singapore! finally home sweet home...i miss my bed!
